Our summer of picking cornish botanicals

Trevethan Gin is made from a range of exotic botanicals as all gins are but we also try to use what we can find in the hedgerows in Cornwall so we can be true to the essence of Norman Trevethan’s 1920’s recipe. To aid us in our quest for fresh ingredients we have enlisted the help of the Shute family of Trewonnard Farm in Treneglos. A huge thank you has to go to the Shute family for their Elderflower and Gorse flower. Have a look at our summer of picking!
